Food intake

One of the basic formulas in fluid dynamics, mechanics or hydraulics, and for some area of study that follow the same principle behind the equation is Q in = Q out plus losses. Logical isn’t it? It even applies to our food intake. Obesity is an epidemic in the US for more than three decades now. According to some report, the reason is, you guessed right, of course increased food consumption or overeating! Yeah, maybe that much food. It is remarkable how people in this side of the world gets bigger and bulgier, but in the third world countries, children are struggling and lucky if they get one spoon in one day. The world is full of contrasts. Maybe that is what makes diversity beautiful, and we can help and make a big difference if we share, and help those in need. As for me, it brings so much joy that money can’t buy, and besides, it makes me healthy too.
