Eyes is one of the most important part of our body. If you cannot see your world is always in darkness. That is why we need to take good care of it so that we can see clearly and see the world with gladness. Our eyes are usually the first part of our bodies that people notice. Clear, shiny healthy eyes are a mirror to our wellbeing. Exercising the muscles of your eyes is an excellent way to add to that sparkle. Try writing the alphabet with your eyes every morning before you get up.
