There are certain experiences that can never be forgotten just like when my sister sent us a big box from Japan five years ago, upon opening and getting stuff from it. I bent my back without bending my knees and I heard a click after that I cannot bow down anymore, pain is aggravated by prolong standing and sitting. It affects me until now but at least not like before. It feels better but the pain still there, I can feel it. I really need a back acne treatment now. I am suffering this for so long and I wish everything will be OK.

My sister loves surprise; she used to surprise us in many ways. She never told us that she is coming from Sudan South Africa. We went to the airport to meet my other sister from Oman but surprisingly, we saw them together; they arranged their flight so they can have same plane and schedule. They just meet at Abu Dhabi airport. She only has eleven days vacation and we’re so happy to see my sisters in the airport. Thank God for the opportunity he gave to my sister, she worked in a humanitarian group and can take rest and relaxation every three months where she can go home and be with us in a very short time.

I am the tallest among my five sisters; I am blessed with the height which I got from my father. I’m 5 feet 6 inches which is tall already for a typical Filipina but there are also some instances that I need to use step stool especially in picking something or getting something above my reach like cleaning our bookshelves we need to use it to avoid accident such as falling.

Bones play a very important role in humans’ body; it supports and makes us move here and there. That’s why we need to take extra care with our bones. In the hospital where I was exposed, I have witnessed many patients with bone problems that made their life miserable; it needs a long term to heal. We need to wear protective measures like ankle brace to avoid sprain especially to those activity minded individuals like the athletes. This is to avoid muscle and bone problems.

We make it sure that the eleven days vacation of my sister will be memorable and relaxing. We planned and scheduled for an outing and we’ve been to Surigao, our first destination to visit Enchanted River.

ENCHANTED RIVER. It is called “Enchanted” because no one has ever reached its bottom. Many divers have tried reaching for the bottom but have failed. It is like a sink hole or something, the water is semi salted and It is an exceptional river here in the Philippines. Its mysterious depth gives it the deep sky blue color. Indeed, a perfect and wonderful creation. Visit this place and be amazed. This must be included in the Seven Wonders of the World.

Last week my hubby was admitted to the hospital for having recurrent fever with chills for three days. To our surprised he was diagnosed of having a Typhoid fever plus acute bronchitis, mostly typhoid fever symptoms accompanied with cough. We thought it was only a simple fever, but thanked God for he was treated and now slowly recovered. So glad also for everything was covered by a NC health insurance. Upon discharged we had some excess and so good for the company where my husband is working answered all the expense so we didn’t pay even a single coin for my husband hospitalization.
