Better beauty sleep

12 Jan 2009Sleeping in the right time is one of the ways to feel full charged and feel beautiful inside out. An adult needs to have about 6-8 hours of sleep. As much as possible we need to be able to sleep well to face the next day with confidence.
Try, if possible to eat your evening meal at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This means you have enough time to digest your food which in turn will avoid that bloated feeling and this will allow for better beauty sleep!

Disney vacations
17 Oct 2008One of my big dreams is to have Disney vacations with my family once a year. How I wish that dream will come true very soon. I do not believe in fairy tales but if this will come true I will change my mind. I cannot wait that to happen. I love watching Disney shows how much more if I will be there in person. I cannot wait roaming all the wonderful places in there.
