<p>Ingredients:<br />
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate<br />
1 cup water<br />
¼ cup sugar<br />
Dash of salt<br />
3 cups milk</p>
<p>Heat chocolate and water in 1 ½ quart saucepan, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar and salt. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, 4 minutes.<br />
Stir in milk, heat just until hot (do not boil). Beat with hand beater until foamy. Serve immediately. 6 servings (about 2/3 cup each). 165 calorie/serving.</p>
