Joint health
2 Jul 2010I am sad to realize that my parents are not getting younger anymore. I do not know where the years went. Once in a while my dad is having joint problems. He can hardly walk when it comes. I think he needs joint health supplements. I also advised him not eat food that has fat, organ meat and just have salt to taste diet and drink lots of water.
