Nursing can be very tiring and kinda uncomfortable for the mothers that’s why some mother do not breastfeed their babies. But for me its a blessing designed by God. It’s free and unlimited. Aside from being so econimical its very safe and nutritious for the baby. It has a lot of nutrients that cant be found in formula milk. It promotes bonding between mother and baby and it helps the mother to be back in shape. If only I have the chance I would breastfed my baby but my work do not allow it so maybe I will be intruducing little formula later it depends to the milk that I can express. I am already happy for 2 months maternity leave I exclusively breastfed my baby.
