Welcome to our FAQ and support page. Outlined below are some of the most common questions you might have. Be rest assured that we are here to help you with any issues you might have. Feel free to write to us about questions, concerns, product feedback, product suggestions, or anything else you would like to bring to our attention.

Shipping Information

How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you’d want and click the ‘Add To Cart’ or “Buy Now” button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Is your website secure with my personal information?

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

What shipping methods are available?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How do I Track My Order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order, if the product is eligible for tracking. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

When will you ship my items?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

  • 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

How long will it take to get my package?

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing. Shipments and deliveries occur Monday to Friday. Shipping cut-off time is 3 pm CST. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. We will let you know by email once your order ships.

 

If the items are shipped domestically, i.e, from our warehouse in United States, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for the product to reach you.  If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 15 to 45 days for the items to reach you. What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

The tracking # you provided does not work. Is this a scam?

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the respective tracking site. It usually takes 3 to 4 days after the items have been shipped for the tracking information to properly reflect in the system. If you get invalid tracking details, check back again in a couple of days.

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses, and to expedite shipping. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Do you offer refund if I don’t like the product?

We offer a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product.
