My ten months experience in DRH taught me a lot of things not only in the clinical knowledge but also personal and interpersonal growth as a person and as a nurse. My experience molded me to become a better person. I learned that Rn-heals are here to help the staffs in terms of workload because of the shortage of manpower. There is just a little disappointment in our part because we did the same thing but never treated like a real one but just a helper of the staff. I’m not saying all of them but some staff are kept on commanding us to do this or that even they can do it with themselves. That’s OK for us if we do not nothing. But again we accepted these all because we are here to learn and be prepared for another opportunity that will come. I learned to be flexible in all things especially when things ran out differently to what I expected.
