Dealing with lives everyday, entertaining different types of personalities of watchers is one of our daily routine at work. I am assigned in the OB-Gyne department and one of the hospital’s policies is ‘no male watcher’s allowed to enter inside the ward’ only female watchers is allowed to enter only from 3pm-6pm. We are explaining this again and again everyday and sometimes we lost our temper but we need to keep calm. It’s good that we have a nursing assistant who does some nursing procedures like inserting catheter, holter system monitoring includes the ECG and other simple procedures. We are thankful we have them in helping us with this risky but noble job.
