Obesity is an epidemic in the US for long time now, and what authorities say about this? We know that it is not healthy to be overweight, but if we want to be fit and avoid traitorous diseases later, the best answer to this is just to reduce your food intake in the first place, as overeating is the main reason for gaining so much weight in this respect. Then do some physical activities and live happy.
