Finally we moved to our newly renovated office last Wednesday and it feels good to be in our own. New table arrangements has been made and I’m happy I was placed in the corner where noise is not that disturbing to us especially when we do our assignment, to segregate claims before we transmit it. As in charged in the segregation team, I feel a little bit pressured since I will be the one to answer if there is problem in our station. We were three who was assigned in it. It is my responsibility to delegate and instruct my newly hired colleagues about the nature and some ways on how to make our work easy and faster. I hope we gonna have a good teamwork with my team and we gonna have one vision to work for the betterment of our institution.
