I knew going into my marriage that my husband travels a lot for business. But still after a few years I’m not quite used to it and of course am really glad when he gets home from a long trip. So when that happens I like to do something special for him like cook him one of his favorite foods. Well, I thought that I would get a little creative last week and cook him something that as far as I know, he’s never tried before, sweet potato fries.

He was on a week-long trip to meet with some clients in California and that’s such a long plane trip back home that I knew he’d be ready for a good home-cooked meal. So I went online to look up a recipe for sweet potato fries and when I was doing that I came across the website www.satellitestarinternet.com. I read through it a little bit and switched our intenret service over to it.

My husband bought me a new small deep fryer for Christmas so I used that to make the fries and I think that he really liked them! He does like baked sweet potatoes, so I thought it was a pretty good bet.
