Every morning I always go out in the house with my baby around 7-8am to get Vit.D from the sun light, this is very important and essential for babies to get, it’s the only nutrients that is free so no reason not to get it. Just by exposing to ultraviolet rays or natural sunlight you can get Vit.D which is very crucial for calcium absorption in the body. I discovered also every after exposing to sunlight, my baby will have a very sound and deep sleep, so if you had a problem putting your baby into sleep, give him/her Vit.D.
