The important thing to have is good health. It is indeed health is the greatest wealth one can have. It is not too late to start and make some changes with our lifestyle. To live healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or time consuming. We should let ourselves make small changes with our diet, physical activity pattern and sleep pattern. By making small changes it will add up to a healthy lifestyle. It is just a matter of self discipline and determination.
Some good starting point is to buy whole food rather than canned or frozen food. Start each dinner with mixed green salad. Not only will it help reduce your appetite for more caloric food, but it also will automatically add veggies to you meal.
