Food for long life 2

A lesson from the world’s oldest man.
The world’s oldest living male recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2007 is celebrating his birthday this day, adding another year to his full 112 years. He is now 113 years old. We know that the Japanese are among the world’s longest living people, but what are they’re ‘secrets’ to long life? It is not a secret at all. Tomoji Tanabe believes that the key to longevity is eating naturally healthy foods, a lot of vegetables and sea food. It reminds me the old age verse about vegetables. He ruled out alcohol drinking. He drinks milk everyday. His discipline made him so healthy that at 113 years of age, he has no illnesses. Maybe we would like to follow his examples. Not just for long life, but in living every day to the fullest. The food offerings today are very tempting, but nothing can defeat the food offered by nature with all its essences for life. We don’t need any more study evidence than seeing his testimony and lifestyle and how it made him so well. Happy birthday, Tanabe!

  1. Great information. There’s a reason the Eastern Countries live longer than Western Countries.

Would you be interested in a link exchange with my newest blog? It sure could use a little link-love to get up and running and your blog seems to be a somewhat similar niche.

  2. Hello Kathy,
Sure, I would love too. I have added you.
    Thank you.
